App Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
The R.A.S.H Tronics app is a remote for R.A.S.H Tronics ramps, made for R.A.SH Tronics Ltd by Anis Shakkour.
In short: no account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. What the app knows stays on your phone.
Stored on your phone only
The pairing with your ramp's Controller (encrypted by the phone), the last Controller the app saw (firmware and hardware version, unit ID), and your settings (theme, vibration, and that you read “Use with care”). None of it is sent to us. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data, deletes it.
Bluetooth
Used only to talk to your ramp's Controller. The app does not use Bluetooth to find your location.
Internet
Used only to check for and download Controller firmware from files.rashtronics.com. Like any website, that server sees the request: your IP address, the time, the file asked for, and the country the IP belongs to. The server runs on Cloudflare, which keeps this log for a few days and then deletes it automatically. We don't use it to identify you, don't combine it with anything else, and don't share it.
We don't sell or share data
The app is not directed at children under 13. If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
